Cx - Building Commissioning - New Construction
Blue Sky personnel have commissioned dozens of buildings of nearly every sort. We emphasize design and early construction phase diligence in our process in order to make functional performance testing and integrated systems testing smoother later on. We can help your construction team deliver a functional building, as well as a trained facilities staff who are ready to operate and maintain your complex new building systems.
RCx - Existing Building / Retro-Commissioning
Much like your car or your laptop, buildings age and their performance declines. Control sensors drift out of calibration, set-points are overridden, equipment begins to break down, and tenant spaces are remodeled changing performance requirements. Blue Sky wants to tune your existing building up and get it running efficiently and effectively. TAB - Testing, Adjusting, Balancing

FHT - Fume Hood / Bio-safety Cabinet Performance Testing
Performance of laboratory fume hoods and bio-safety cabinets is a critical facilities component with life-safety implications. Design and application of these devices varies greatly depending on the process, and most organizations operating them are required to verify performance annually. If this is you, you need an expert.
Fresh off of a year of studying, testing, and certification, Blue Sky is currently ramping up our fume hood and bio-safety cabinet certification program. Once we're at full steam, we will offer hood and cabinet certification, HEPA filter integrity testing, and tracer-gas containment testing, to help laboratory and research facilities keep their people and products safe.
